While tirelessly supporting her attorneys, Tamara's adventurous spirit leads her to explore the globe, indulging in snorkeling escapades, cherishing her feline companion Valentina, savoring exquisite wine tastings, and joyously engaging in spontaneous acts of kindness.

Alex has been a part of Your Best Paralegal, LLC since the beginning. He is the son of our founder, Tamara Morgan, and he has been helping out on and off since the inception of Your Best Paralegal, LLC. For the last year, he has assumed a full - time role within the firm, and his responsibilities include, but are not limited to marketing, recruiting, and operations. In his off time, he enjoys playing basketball, skiing, and travelling.

Heather joined our team in 2023 after specializing in demand writing at a small personal injury law firm for three years. She prides herself on having the ability to utilize her writing skills to help people in a tangible way. Outside of her work, Heather enjoys lifting heavy things in her Crossfit gym, traveling as much as possible, visiting local wineries in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia, and spending time with her husband, Nate, two dogs, Peaches and Abigail, and two cats, Blooper and Maus.

Marie has extensive experience working in both plaintiff and defense firms and understands the needs of a case throughout all phases of litigation. She enjoys putting together the pieces of the puzzle when drafting settlement demands. Her experience lends itself to ensuring all key information is included and she will work carefully to deliver an accurate and effective finished product. In her free time, she enjoys running, music, and trying new recipes with her two daughters.
